Anyone have any experience with this Chinese tractor? I'm going to look at a '98 254Y model 4x4 w/Koyker loader, shredder and Kelley backhoe for $7000. From what I've found so far, it's a simple design. A very heavy tractor at 3300lbs.

Try posting on the Chinese Tractor Owners Assoc Board, see link below. Personally, I don't know anything about the Hardys, or even the Chinese manufacturer. ....

It is my understanding that the Hardy is a renamed Shenniu (SN). I have a '93 model 254 Shenniu that I've had since '95. Powerful for its size. Easy to work on. Worst mechanical problems have been blown head gasket and a throwout bearing. I'm currently adding a Koyker loader to it. ....
